Scheduling an Orlando visit
Our Orlando line, (407) 305-3829, is staffed Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Our (877) line, (877) 994-5277, is answered 24/7.
What days and hours do you install around Orlando?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. You can request an appointment online 24/7, and customer service answers Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are available in most areas around Orlando. Whether one opens up for you hangs on the windshield your car takes and how full the day already is; we lay out the choices on the phone or in the booking form.
What should I have ready for a quote?
The year, make and model, or the VIN if you have it. A photo of the damage sent by text to (877) 350-5962 helps confirm which glass it is.
How long does the install take?
Most installs take about 30–45 minutes. Calibration, when needed, adds time, and the technician tells you when the car is safe to drive.
What if afternoon storms are in the forecast?
We will not set glass in the rain. With a garage or carport, the work usually goes ahead. Without one, we call to move the time if a storm is coming, and morning slots help from June to October.
Where the car can be
Can you get into my gated community?
Yes, with a gate code or a guest-list entry. A few Central Florida HOAs want vendors pre-registered or limit the hours they can work, so pass those along in your booking notes.
Will you work at a hotel, resort or vacation rental?
If the property allows vendor work in its lot, yes. Check with the front desk or your host, then tell us where the car is parked.
Do you come to hospital and medical campus garages?
Often, including the campuses around Lake Nona. Send the deck name, floor and clearance, and confirm with parking services that outside vendors may work there.
Can you replace the glass on the shoulder of I-4?
No. Roadside work is unsafe, so we only install off the road: home, a parking lot or a deck.
Florida coverage and self-pay
Do I pay a deductible on a Florida windshield claim?
Not on a policy with comprehensive or combined additional coverage: under Fla. Stat. § 627.7288 the deductible does not apply to windshield damage. It is the windshield only. We check your policy before booking. Details are on the insurance page.
Will you file the claim for me?
Florida claims stay in your name, so you open it with your insurer. We help you file your claim by giving the adjuster the part, VIN and invoice details, and after covered work we bill your insurer directly.
Can I pay without insurance?
Yes. Send your vehicle details for a quote, and you know the price before booking.
Parts, chips and our warranty
Do you fix chips?
No chip filling. If the damage is too big to live with, we put in a new windshield, door window, rear glass or sunroof panel.
What does your warranty cover?
Our lifetime workmanship warranty runs for as long as you own the vehicle. Leaks, loose trim or a flaw in the glass we fitted are on us; a fresh rock strike on the 417 is not.
Which vehicles do you work on?
Cars, SUVs, minivans and pickups from 52 makes. Give us the year, make and model and we confirm the exact part.
